In year twenty-four we serve changing organizations and their talent. Our company has been honored for two consecutive years as an Inc. 500 company and a Dallas 100 company. In addition, our CEO, Don Hanratty, has authored two career books - Career Continuation: Make It A SNAPP and Manage Your Own Career: Make It A SNAPP.

Our customers are Employers of Choice who have been included in The Top 100 Places to Work. Our customers share the challenge of retaining, promoting, selecting, developing, merging, releasing and hiring talent. We have helped our customers improve the bottom line as they report cost reductions, productivity improvements, time savings, less undesirable turnover, efficient reorganizations, and positive public and employee relations.

As a leader and active participant within industry organizations, Don was a founding member of the International Association of Career Management Professionals and, during The Career Control Group's affiliation with Outplacement International, he was twice elected as board member and CFO.
