Unlike other outplacement services, our programs aren’t time-limited, so each candidate progresses at a different rate. Our private coaches provide true career management instead of helping your employees find just any job. Immediately following separation notification, your employees will be greeted onsite by our consultants to provide one-on-one counseling. With our help, your employees will learn to write an attention-getting resume, find the best job leads and successfully interview. This ensures timely placement in a new position.
Career continuation services also provide managers, prior to release notification, confidential training on how to conduct the difficult task of a release notification session. This will enhance the organization’s credibility and diminishes possibility of litigation.
